Ginger Soy Sauce

1 cup soy sauce or alternative (such as Bragg’s Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce)
1 inch grated ginger
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Om REISHI mushroom powder


Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly combined. Use as a sauce, marinade, or blend in the food processor for a thicker sauce.
