    Really good mixed with master blend

    This one is one of my faves, I did wish it blended up a little better without having to heat it but other than that it works well with the master blend, few chai tea bags, and sugar, Splenda, or honey to sweeten it.

    Change your habits change your life.

    I love it.

    I drink it every morning.

    I've been doing so well keeping my exercise routine in the morning that I'm even at a healthy weight now.

    Tho my belief is that's because my hormones have become more balanced with the help of morning energy blend for breakfast and a small cup of the hot chocolate blend at dinner time.

    I ust to be a binge eater that is no longer the case.

    With dedication to change and the help of om mushrooms I have reached my lifestyle change in less than year.

    Now my ex and my mother have joined the om mushroom movement.

    Om Morning Energy Blend is how I start my day

    This is how I start my day, whether busy or lazy, relax mode. Om Morning Energy Blend mixed with the Master Blend and a generous spray of whipped cream. This creates a luxuriously creamy feel or texture like a really smooth hot chocolate, tastes amazing with chocolate undertones. I typically skip a traditional breakfast in lieu of this delectable drink which powers me through until I feel hungry later (I do IF fasting). I occasionally will add butter & protein powder to make it even more of a "meal" and bring the smooth, creaminess to 11 on a scale of 1-10. :)

    Added bonus: certain coffee upsets my tummy so I've bought all kinds of specialty stuff that doesn't burn or over-roast the beans, tried cold brew, etc. but no tummy issues w Om Morning Energy Blend. Love that about it. I get my "coffee fix" but it doesn't wreck my system.

    *I dump the powder into another container so no picture of the actual Morning Energy Blend. Nested another of my Om favorites next to my cup bc I like mixing it.

    Overall very satisfied with my purchase! It has been a goal of mine to reduce and hopefully eliminate caffeine from my life to help with my anxiety. I started with the mushroom coffee (as a transition product) and have finally converted to the energy blend! It tastes great and pairs well with oat milk!
