The Om Satisfaction Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from ommushrooms.com and within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll happily provide a refund, exchange, or replacement, at our team’s discretion.*
Please notify us via email or phone with your intent to return within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund/replacement, all returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required. Additional shipping fees may not be refundable.
