What does it taste like?
Capsules have no taste to speak of; if you want the powder in a drink, it’s mild and mushroom-forward.
Will I feel it, and when?
It’s daily support, not a stimulant. Some people notice something the first day. Most describe a difference in the two-to-four-week window, and taking it every day matters more than any single serving.
How do I take it?
One serving a day with a glass of water. The serving is on the label. Any time of day works, so pick one you’ll remember.
I already take a lot of supplements, where does this fit?
Master Blend is the everyday base: ten mushrooms and KSM-66 Ashwagandha in one step. If you want more for one job, like focus, add a single mushroom alongside it.
Are the capsules large?
Ten organic mushrooms: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Chaga, King Trumpet, Maitake, Shiitake, Antrodia and Sun Mushroom, plus KSM-66 Ashwagandha.
Does it have caffeine?
No. Master Blend is caffeine-free.
Is it an extract?
The mushrooms aren't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction; the mushrooms are dried and milled whole. The KSM-66 Ashwagandha is a root extract.
Where is it grown, and on what?
At our own indoor farm in California, where we grow, dry and mill the mushrooms ourselves. They grow on organic, gluten-free whole oats. The mycelium feeds on the oats as it grows, and we harvest once it has worked through them.
How is it tested?
Every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals and other contaminants, and meets California’s Prop 65 standards. The mushroom powder is USDA certified organic, and every production lot is tested for gluten at 10 parts per million. The FDA’s line for a gluten-free label is 20.
Is it safe with my medications?
