Pumpkin Spice Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

- 1-2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons Organic Om Turkey Tail
- Clean pumpkin seeds with paper towel and toss in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Spread pumpkin seeds on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool and break apart any clusters if you wish!
