When And How Do I Get Paid?

Awin handles all payment processing for affiliates.

During the setup process, affiliate partners can make selections for their preferred payout scheduling and thresholds. Affiliates who have reached the $20 USD minimum balance in network commissions in the previous month are eligible for payment.

At the time that payment is sent, you will see a transaction in your register for the amount of the commissions paid. If your network balance is less than the minimum threshold, Awin will carry over your balance to the next month. You can view your sales statistics on Awin throughout the month to see how you are doing.

You can change your payment threshold as well as payment frequency in the 'Payment Details' section under the 'Account' tab in the user interface.

A full payment FAQ is available from Awin within your account in the Support Center.

Why Have I Not Been Paid Yet?

The possible reasons you may have not received payment could be:

  • You have not yet met the minimum commission threshold.
  • The orders you have earned commissions on have not yet been approved.
  • You have not earned any commissions.
  • You have not yet set up your payment and tax information
  • Your payment is on hold because your account is under investigation by Awin.

If you have questions about your payment status, please contact us.
