Protect Your Order with SavedBy
We've partnered with SavedBy to offer optional package protection for your peace of mind. This coverage protects your order against loss or damage during shipping and delivery.
How It Works
Package Protection is automatically added to your cart as an optional service. You can easily opt out by:
- Clicking "Continue Without Package Protection" in your cart, or
- Deselecting the "SavedBy Package Protection" checkbox at checkout
If You Choose Protection: If your order is lost or damaged during the shipping and delivery process, you can file a claim with SavedBy for a replacement at no additional cost.
Filing a Claim:
- Submit directly at savedby.io/file-a-claim (takes just a few minutes)
- Or contact our team at hello@ommushrooms.com and we'll file the claim on your behalf
Please review SavedBy's coverage policies to ensure your package qualifies.
If You Opt Out
Without Package Protection, we're unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or damaged once they've been handed to the shipping carrier or after delivery. In these cases, you'll need to contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Important Information About Package Protection Charges
Refund Policy: The Package Protection fee is non-refundable once your order has been marked as shipped.
If you need to remove Package Protection from your order, you must contact our support team at hello@ommushrooms.com before your package ships.
Please note: If the Package Protection charge is refunded, your package will no longer be covered and you will not be able to file a claim for loss or damage.
