[MOCK] Recall: Om Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers. So, out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to voluntarily recall select units of Om Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend after recently discovering that they may contain metal fragments. The products were sold in retail outlets and online since 7/25/2024.

All products and lot numbers affected:

Om Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend 10 serving/single serving packs

Lot numbers: L23022710P144, L23022410P144

The lot number can be found stamped on the back or bottom of the package following "Lot:" (example below).

 

No other Om Mushroom Superfood products are affected by this recall.

What you should do:

If you purchased Om Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend after 6/1/2024 as detailed above, check if you have one of the affected lot numbers on the package. If so, do not consume the product.

Instead,

• If purchased from ommushrooms.com, please notify us via WithdrawalOm@ommushrooms.com or 866‑740‑6874 with your intent to return the product. To receive a refund/replacement, all returns must be first approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required.
• If purchased from a different online retailer, contact the retailer for a replacement or refund.
• If purchased in a store, return the product to the store for a replacement or refund. You may be required to provide a receipt.
