I mix (two scoops)this with one scoop of spirulina each morning. I was in the audience of a Los Angeles County Micology Society meeting when this product was introduced. After drinking the samples obtained there I found myself feeling weepy, emotional, and generally well. In continuing to drink this daily for a number of years the emotional effects are regularized and weepiness, is no longer present.
Reducing the C vitamin amount might be useful as large amounts of ascorbic acid can leed to urgent evacuation.
