Pumpkin Spice Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1-2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Om Turkey Tail


  1. Clean pumpkin seeds with paper towel and toss in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
  2. Spread pumpkin seeds on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool and break apart any clusters if you wish!
