First order arrived damaged (package had been punctured in transit) and customer service was helpful/fast in issuing a replacement.
That said, the product is underwhelming. I already eat "clean" so I hoped that adding this would let me see some kind of benefits to how I feel, or my skin, or mood or something...nothing. I bought this plus the "master blend" and I've been using it as recommended (min 2 servings a day, at least 1 serving from each bag) for 3 weeks and I feel no different.
Heads up: it doesn't dissolve into liquid very nicely. It ruins a perfectly good cup of coffee. I've had the best luck sprinkling it on food. Probably not much to be done about this without additives (Just tryna set a more realistic expectation for future users)
