Do I take both at once?

No. Take Master Blend and Perform Cordyceps in the morning. The serving for each is on its own label.

Will I feel it, and when?

It’s daily support, not a stimulant. Most describe a difference in the two-to-four-week window, and taking it every day matters more than any single serving.

Does it have caffeine?

Master Blend: No. Master Blend is caffeine-free.

Perform Cordyceps: No. Perform is caffeine-free.

Is it an extract?

Master Blend: The mushrooms aren't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction; the mushrooms are dried and milled whole. The KSM-66 Ashwagandha is a root extract.

Perform Cordyceps: No. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction. The whole mushroom, fruiting body and mycelium, is dried and milled into the powder inside each capsule.

What’s in Master Blend?

Ten organic mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Chaga, King Trumpet, Maitake, Shiitake, Antrodia and Sun Mushroom, plus KSM-66 Ashwagandha.

Where is it grown, and on what?

At our own indoor farm in California, where we grow, dry and mill the mushrooms ourselves. They grow on organic, gluten-free whole oats. The mycelium feeds on the oats as it grows, and we harvest once it has worked through them.

How is it tested?

Every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals and other contaminants, and meets California’s Prop 65 standards. The mushroom powder is USDA certified organic, and every production lot is tested for gluten at 10 parts per million. The FDA’s line for a gluten-free label is 20.

Is it safe with my medications?

As a general note, check with your healthcare provider about any supplement alongside prescriptions.
