Do I take both at once?

No. Take Mushroom Coffee Latte Blend and Lion’s Mane Mushroom Gummies in the morning. The serving for each is on its own label.

Will I feel it, and when?

It’s daily support, not a stimulant. Most describe a difference in the two-to-four-week window, and taking it every day matters more than any single serving.

Does it have caffeine?

Mushroom Coffee Latte Blend: Yes. The caffeine comes from real Arabica coffee and PurTea, an organic caffeine sourced from green tea. See the label for the amount per serving.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom Gummies: No. Focus is caffeine-free.

Is it an extract?

The mushrooms aren't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction; the Lion's Mane and Cordyceps are dried and milled whole.

Where is it grown, and on what?

At our own indoor farm in California, where we grow, dry and mill the mushrooms ourselves. They grow on organic, gluten-free whole oats. The mycelium feeds on the oats as it grows, and we harvest once it has worked through them.

How is it tested?

Every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals and other contaminants, and meets California’s Prop 65 standards. The mushroom powder is USDA certified organic, and every production lot is tested for gluten at 10 parts per million. The FDA’s line for a gluten-free label is 20.

Is it safe with my medications?

As a general note, check with your healthcare provider about any supplement alongside prescriptions.
