Mushroom Coffee Blend: Yes. It's real coffee, with caffeine from Arabica coffee and CoffeeBerry® whole coffee fruit extract.
Vanilla Chai Latte: Yes. Vanilla Chai Latte has caffeine from organic black tea extract, less than our coffee blends.
Mushroom Hot Chocolate Blend: The mushroom blend isn't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction; Reishi, Lion's Mane, Chaga and Turkey Tail are dried and milled whole. The Ashwagandha KSM-66® is a root extract.
Mushroom Coffee Blend: The mushrooms aren't. Organic Lion's Mane and Cordyceps are whole mushroom powder, dried and milled, never extracted. The coffee itself includes Organic CoffeeBerry® whole coffee fruit extract for part of its caffeine.
Vanilla Chai Latte: The mushrooms aren't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction on the mushroom blend, it's dried and milled whole. The caffeine comes from an organic black tea extract.
At our own indoor farm in California, where we grow, dry and mill the mushrooms ourselves. They grow on organic, gluten-free whole oats. The mycelium feeds on the oats as it grows, and we harvest once it has worked through them.
Every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals and other contaminants, and meets California’s Prop 65 standards. The mushroom powder is USDA certified organic, and every production lot is tested for gluten at 10 parts per million. The FDA’s line for a gluten-free label is 20.
