What is it for?

Vanilla Chai Latte is a single, focused addition for focus and immune health.

What does it taste like?

Vanilla and warm chai spices: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg. Add to hot water or your favorite milk, blend well with a hand frother, and enjoy hot or cold.

Does it have caffeine?

Yes. Vanilla Chai Latte has caffeine from organic black tea extract, less than our coffee blends.

Is it an extract?

The mushrooms aren't. We don't use hot water or alcohol extraction on the mushroom blend, it's dried and milled whole. The caffeine comes from an organic black tea extract.

Where is it grown, and on what?

At our own indoor farm in California, where we grow, dry and mill the mushrooms ourselves. They grow on organic, gluten-free whole oats. The mycelium feeds on the oats as it grows, and we harvest once it has worked through them.

How is it tested?

Every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals and other contaminants, and meets California’s Prop 65 standards. The mushroom powder is USDA certified organic, and every production lot is tested for gluten at 10 parts per million. The FDA’s line for a gluten-free label is 20.

Is it safe with my medications?

As a general note, check with your healthcare provider about any supplement alongside prescriptions.
