How to use

Om Lion's Mane-
Our naturally mild-tasting powders play well with others. Stir/mix 2 grams (approximately, 1 teaspoon) to your favorite drink or recipe – the mushroom benefits shine through while the gentle flavor stays in the background.

Mushroom Matrix Healthy Pet-
Administer orally 1 gram (approximately ½ teaspoon) per 25 lbs. per day.
We recommend twice daily for the first 3 weeks of use (morning & evening if practical). Continue doubling if additional support is needed.
