Ginger Soy Sauce

  • 1 cup soy sauce or alternative (such as Bragg's Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce)
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Om REISHI mushroom powder

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly combined. Use as a sauce, marinade, or blend in the food processor for a thicker sauce.
