1 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 4 hours
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp honey or agave nectar
Juice & zest from ½ a lemon
3 large basil leaves
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp Om MAITAKE mushroom powder
Drain soaked cashews and place in food processor. Add coconut oil, and blend until smooth. Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, turmeric, and Om mushroom powder and continue blending until well incorporated. Spread onto toasts, sandwiches, or use as a dip.
