Hazelnut Hemp Mocha Protein Shake

1/4 cup coffee concentrate +3/4 cup water (or 1 cup chilled coffee)
1 frozen banana
2 tbs chocolate hemp protein powder
1 tsp Om FIT mushroom powder
1/4 tsp maca powder
2 tbs Dark Hazelnut Spread
sweetener to taste
handful of ice


Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until a smooth consistency forms. Mix in additional sweetener or ice if desired.
